Returning Items

The item must not have been fitted

The item must be in its original packaging

The item must be in sellable condition


How to return items

Only returned items with a supplied Returns Authorisation Number will be accepted. To obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and returns form; please telephone our team on 01302 732561 and quote your customer details. Alternatively; you can email our customer care team at Once you have a Returns Authorisation Number, you can then use our returns form to fill in and send back alongside you item(s).

Please send the item(s) together with the receipt and reason for return. We’ll exchange the item(s) or offer you a refund.

We may replace or refund the price paid for the returned item(s) at our discretion, but we shall have no further liability to you. Full credit will only be given if the item(s) are returned to us in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund if the item(s) are not in a saleable condition.

When returning items, we advise you to obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods to our address without it.
